Returns
We accept returns for any reason—whether it’s the wrong size or just doesn’t suit your space. You have 21 calendar daysfrom the date you received your order to return it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In the original packaging
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using insurance for your return, as we are not liable for any damage or loss during the return process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us at hello@dolni.com with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll start the return process.
Please include your order number and name on a piece of paper inside the package to help us identify your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that we’ve processed the return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding initial shipping fees).
Refunds may take 3-5 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
